Cancellation

Your time is valuable, and so is mine! To respect everyone’s schedule:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This goes toward your final service total.

  • 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service booked.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

  • Life happens! I allow 1 grace cancellation per year for emergencies with notice.

How to Have a Successful Appointment

Let’s make the most of your time in my chair!

  • Arrive on time with clean, dry hair (unless I’ve asked you otherwise).

    • For sensitive scalp or if receiving an on scalp bleach service, please do not wash our hair the night before your appointment as this can cause scalp irritation.

  • Bring a few inspiration pics—but be ready for an honest conversation about what’s possible for your hair.

  • Be upfront about your hair history (box dye, bleach, meds, etc.). No judgment—just good results.

  • Wear comfy clothes and avoid light colors or turtlenecks for color services.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of hair services, no refunds are offered.
But your happiness matters—see below for my fix-it policy.

Because of the time, product, and energy invested into each service, I do not offer refunds. I do, however, want you to love your hair—see my Fixes policy below!

Re-Do’s & Fixes

If you’re not loving your look, please reach out within 7 days.

  • I offer one complimentary adjustment for services that didn’t meet the original consultation goals.

  • A re-do is not valid if your expectations changed after the appointment or if you failed to follow aftercare instructions.

  • Communication is key—let’s chat before you panic or try to fix it yourself!

  • Re-dos don’t apply if you’ve changed your mind, tried to alter it yourself, or didn’t follow aftercare instructions.

Social Media & Photos

I love showcasing my work and celebrating your transformation!

  • Photos may be taken before/after your service and used on my social channels.

  • If you prefer not to be posted, just let me know—your privacy is always respected.

Corrections & Realistic Expectations

Color corrections and transformations take time, especially when working with previous box dye, damage, or dark pigments.

  • I’ll always explain what’s possible safely and what may take multiple sessions.

  • Unrealistic results (ex: platinum in one session from black box dye) won’t be promised.

  • Trust the process—we’ll get there together.

Limitations of Liablity

While I use high-quality products and professional judgment:

  • I am not liable for damage caused by prior chemical processes, unshared history, or failure to follow aftercare.

  • Your results will depend on your hair’s current condition, maintenance, and lifestyle.

  • I can’t guarantee longevity of results without recommended homecare and products

Communication & Respect

I’m here to give you my best your honesty, feedback, and kind communication go a long way.

  • If something doesn’t feel right during your visit, let’s talk about it.

  • Harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services.
